Pastor Glen Cluck serves as the Senior Pastor of Victory Chapel Christian Fellowship Church in Guam. He was saved in the Jesus People Movement in 1970 and was grafted into the Christian Fellowship Ministries led by Pastor Wayman Mitchell. He first entered the ministry in 1974 and served among many distinct Native American tribes. He has pioneered and pastored several churches domestically and internationally, in China and the Philippines. On numerous occasions he has evangelized based out of Prescott, Arizona. He originally pioneered the church in Guam in 1984. He returned to Guam in 2003 to take over the church and today it's a thriving church planting base and revival center.
Pastor Jesse Cluck serves as the associate pastor. He was saved in his teenage years and responded to the call of God to preach at a young age. He has pioneered three churches, one in Agat, Guam in 2005, Bangalore, India and Gurgaon, India. He has spent an extensive time as a missionary in India for seven years on two different occasions. He’s glad to be serving and helping the needs of this local thriving church.
John was saved in the summer of 1995 at a high school Bible club at the age of seventeen years. He first entered the ministry in 2005, in song and music ministry. From 2007 to 2010, he was appointed leadership over the pastoral care and follow up ministry. From 2011 to 2016, he pastored two pioneer works in Washington State where he resided with his family. Pastor John Oliveros strives for church growth, while working with new converts, and seeing lasting fruit.
